1. Where are you located and what are your hours?

Pro-Tape.com is located at 4526 West Gate Blvd. Austin, TX 78745

We are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM CST.

2. What is your return policy?

ProTape.com accepts all new and unused products for return 10 days from the date that your item was shipped. Open box items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will carry a 15% restocking fee should it be accepted for return. Opened software is non-returnable, except for defective discs. To initiate a return, you must apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Start this process by logging in to your account and clicking on order history. Click on order details and at the bottom of your order you will see a link to request an RMA.

3. Can I ship to an alternate shipping address?

While we understand the convenience this would bring you, only transactions processed using PayPal can be shipped to an alternate shipping address. This is done to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. How can I track my order?

For all UPS deliveries: When your items have shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Simply visit www.UPS.com to track your shipment.

8. How do I get technical support?

For Apple-branded products and accessories, please contact Apple directly at 1-800-APL-CARE. All Apple-branded products come with a limited product warranty. You can extend your coverage for two additional years on select products with the AppleCare Protection Plan. For all non-Apple-branded products and accessories, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve tech-related concerns.
