Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy Shipping Cut-Off Time: 3:30PM CST. Most orders
received before 3:30PM CSTwill ship the same day,
provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:30 PM Central Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders
are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays
except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order
will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pro-Tape.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you
to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or
UPS is our primary shipping carrier,
but we do reserve the right to ship by other carriers and by carriers
other than those stated on the site. We will assume that you prefer the
lowest cost shipping method unless you specify otherwise. Usually, we
ship via ground by carrier from our inventory or via drop shipment from
a manufacturer or vendor.

We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. Ordering early is the best way to ensure your order arrives on time. Pro-Tape.com is not responsible for the ground delivery times of UPS or any other carrier we use.
If you need your order by a certain day, please include that date in the comments section when you place your order. We will do everything we can to get your order delivered on time.
Order TrackingFor all UPS deliveries: When your items have shipped, you will receive
an email containing your tracking number(s). Simply visit www.UPS.com to track your shipment. If you have not recieved your tracking number via email, please check your junk folder and/or spam filters. Many times they get caught up there. You may also call 800-950-8653 and ask for the shipping department.
Foreign OrdersPro-Tape.com currently only ships to the 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Customers in these locations may request a United States Postal Service quote. Pro-Tape.com is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees associated with foreign deliveries. Ground shippmens to Canada typically take 10-12 business days for delivery.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products
ship the same day if ordered by 3:30PM Central Standard Time, or by the
next business day if your order is received after this time and for
orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However,
there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock
which will delay fulfilling your order. You will receive an email addressing any stock issues including a delay estimate. This information will be located at the bottom of your order confirmation email. The Pro Tape staff will be glad to help you find a suitable substitution if needed. You may cancel your order at any
time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all
products contained in the order at the same time from the same
warehouse. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will
be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
Also, if a portion of your order is out-of-stock in one location, yet
available in another, you may receive one or more additional shipments
from these other locations. You will only be charged for products
contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your
purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied
to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
ReturnsProTape.com accepts all new and unused products for return 10 days from
the date that your item was shipped. Open box items are evaluated on a
case-by-case basis and will carry a 15% restocking fee should it be
accepted for return. Opened software is non-returnable, except for
defective discs. To initiate a return, you must apply for an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Start this process by
calling 800-950-8653 or by logging in to your account and clicking on order history. Click on
order details and at the bottom of your order you will see a link to
request an RMA.
